      I can't say that I have....do you have a good sports chiro & massage therapist? They have been invaluable to me over the years & miles. Also have you had your shoes checked since you had Addy? Pregnancy can change your gait. Hope you feel better!

      I have good sports chiro and massage folks...You know, I haven't changed my tennis shoes since having Addy. I'm trying to wait 'cos there's Christmas and then my bday so I can get a good pair of shoes :) What freaked me out is the other day I could feel a gooey chunk of something in my knee that I could like, slide around that would go in and out of my knee. I don't know if it's a cyst or a chunk of cartilage or what but I called my doc right away and they referred me to an ortho so I'm doing that Friday.

      Duh....I forogt that you were one of the 1st people who suggest that I try sports massage therapist. I swear by mine now!! Weird-o about your knee. I am glad that you are going to see what is going on there--knowledge is power! It could be something very simple that can be treated with a little therapy--no worries yet!!
