This is my longest run thus far in my whole life! I want to dedicate this to my buddies John Hendly, Jessica, and Shental. John's doing a triathalon today, and Shental and Jessica will be doing a half in NOv. You were my motivation today. I thought, if they are pushing themselves to the max the least I can do is half of a half! Thanks for the push! xo

Ty Joe totally stoked. I really really wanna do a half, but I have been hitting a wall at 3 and I found after 4 I got a second wind and then died again at 6. I will get there YES I will!

Are you using a heart rate meter at all? You may be going out too hard. Should be at an aerobic pace for this distance stuff
