Youch the inside of my legs is chaffed and where my bra goes on the bottom. Talk about burn the whole time. Had to keep adjusting everything. Must be getting smaller everything is getting loose.

I really have to talk to the doc about that on Oct. 27th. He knows I run, and has put me on this strict diet b/c my blood pressure is so high. I am grateful for a doc who doesn't automatically default to medication. I will just go slow and do what he says for now. I have to get 8 lbs off by the 27th when I see him again.

Well Jayne! You have had A LOT going on. I have 3 kids and a hubby who is gone 4 days out of the week, so being in full time caretaker mode is NOT easy, so don't beat yourself up. I hope your hubby is still on the mend. Those wounds are huge. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I also got a new water bottle, so that helped me to get back at it. Incentive you know!
