    injured 9 mi 01:48 12:00 pace

First run over 3 miles in over a month, and my last marathon training run. I paid very close attention to my body and my IT band injury and walked whenever needed. By the last few miles, I was vi... read more

  5. RUN
    good 8 mi 01:24 10:27 pace

Sooo hilly!! Walked a LOT, but made up a lot of time once I found a crazy 8.30 pace that was my sweet spot! Ran the last 1.5 miles at a sub-9 pace. Never happens for me!

  6. RUN
    tired 3.37 mi 00:37 10:52 pace

Despised this run!! So not into it! Was supposed to do 4 and cut it off at 3.3. Would have been sooner than that if I could have gotten back to my car sooner! So sluggish!

  7. RUN
    great 15.68 mi 02:39 10:08 pace

From Beaverton to Tigard to Lake Oswego to Tualatin to Sherwood and back to Tigard. That's what 15 miles looks like! Loved, loved, loved it!!!

  8. RUN
    great 7 Mile Run That a Wrong Turn ... 9.07 mi 01:33 10:15 pace

Meant to run 7 miles but missed a turn. Wound up running 9 and feeling AMAZING!!! Thought it was longer than that, but I guess it's still a pretty good run for a Wednesday. :)
