Day 21 of yoga..I almost forgot to do it. I started my day way late because I had a headache. I didn't want to do anything. I was supposed to run, but it wasn't happening. In any case, I did an advanced routine with some pretzel-like poses. Until now, most of my practice has been about strengthening and stretching. But not so much flexibility. Think I'll start adding the pretzel-like stuff into my practice more often. It makes things interesting.
Here are some examples of pretzel-like poses:

Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana

Those are big words in a language I know nothing about...sounds tough though.
Tough and though --- and thought --- those words alone must make the English language hard to understand. They are off by 1 letter but all are pronounced completely different...
I'll shut up, I'm thinking outloud on your wall, lolololol.

@Vicky, it's gonna feel like a task soon. I'm leaving for Miami tomorrow morning. Not sure I'll do any exercise except dancing. But I'm gonna try. @Michelle, you should come to Philly for some pretzels.

@Jason, are you drunk babbling? lol Actually, I'm pretty good with hearing the poses in Sanskrit. I know exactly which pose they're talking about. I have no idea what some of the poses are in English. I usually have to look it up.

Christie - so you're in Miami this week! Have fun (like I need to tell you that). If I were a little closer and my book weren't due this week, I'd drag you out for a run along the beach. You should try to do that if you have a chance. The sand is so well-packed on South Beach, it's perfect for running.

Thanks, Anna. I'm packing my Garmin, my running skirts and EVOs. I just hope I actually get to run. There's a lot of dancing to be had :)
