Day 19 of yoga...lots of seated poses, forward bends and standing poses. My legs are happy. Felt bad for not doing strength today, so I did 50 pushups (5 sets of 10). That's the most I've ever done of non-girlie pushups. I'm excited about my improving strength.


Moving on up , moving on up . Great job girlie! With those arms... sheesh!

@George, yoga is beneficial for everybody. We all have muscles that need to be stretched and strengthened. @Michelle, I'm thinking about doing the 100 Pushup Challenge again, non-girlie this time. @ Gina, I've been doing yoga for a bit now. I started over a year ago but never stuck to it. Been doing it more consistently for a few months. It helps to take a class so the teacher can correct you. But I do my practice at home now.
