General Practice: Standing

Chose a routine with standing poses to help loosen up my legs, calves specifically. Two days back to back of "barefoot" running got my calves putting in work. Giving the calves a rest tomorrow.

Have you tried those barefoot running shoes ("barefoot shoes"....that's kinda sorta an oxymoron lol). I can't think of the name off the top of my head but when I remember, I'll let ya know. They start with a "V"....I think. Gosh I'm getting old :o/
