    Haven't done this in a few days, so I went back to level 1. I incorporated weights into some exercises that didn't require them. Pretty good workout without feeling like it was too easy.

      LOVE IT!!! Roller Skating is in my family's blood... you just made me want to tie up my wheels. They're in my car - maybe I'll put them on around the office :)

    Moved up a level since I wasn't really sore from yesterday's workout. I'm pretty sure this will do the trick. Now to get ready to go skating. Let's hope I make it.

      Oh Christie I'm sooo right there with you! My running's been on point but I have neglected my strength and resistance training for too long. The loss of strength is humbling. We're back at it though!
