Too Cool! If you want an easier time keeping track of laps you can get a Sportcount (get the one with blue stripes) for @ $25.00 on eBay, amazon or http://swimoutlet.com - whoever has it for the least at the moment :) It so much more relaxing to swim w/o counting!

maybe that was my problem too. although my 12 mile bike certainly isn't close to a 40 miler! but to 1hr + days back to back might be difficult?
but like you said we got out there and got it done! no one can accuse of us laziness this weekend :)
