    A good 5K. Weather was cool, but nice once you got going. Very please with a sub 30:00 5K b/c I stopped to take off my sweatshirt and talk to a couple kids for a short bit.

    Had W's sleepover last night and took kids to Sky High today. No boxing today and need some miles. Today, it was 50 degrees. Was my first run outside in a looong time. It felt great.
