    A great Labor Day morning run with Aunt Michelle, Harriett, Donna, and Michelle Swallows. My runkeeper was acting up, so I took info from Michelle's. Didn't feel like 5 miles.

    Planned to go 13, but decide to cut it a tad short. After last week's 9 mile race, I think it's acceptable. I don't think I'll taper next week though.

    It was a decent run for the week. I've been really busy during my lunch break and took a few days off from the treadmill. I kept this at a 6.0 or 6.3 speed.
