    A good workout. Warmed up for a mile at 10:00. Then alternated .5 mi intervals at 9:13 and 10:00. Didn't have time for a full cool down mile.

    Good run. Ran 2.75 miles at 10:00 pace. I alternated .25 mile segments with 2lb weights in my hands. Arms will hurt tomorrow prob. The last .35 mile were at 9:22 pace.

    This did not go well. Lots more walking than I wanted and the hills were more often than I remembered. I rolled each of my ankles, but recovered after a bit of limping.

    Slow. My calves started aching. I needed something relaxed and short. I've pushed myself twice this week. I just wanted to burn a few extra calories.

    Was pleased with this run. Got in 6 quarter mile repeats that were all sub 9:00 pace with a 10:30ish recovery. Good weekday run.
