    Day 40: terrible run. I woke up late, arrived late, and ran by myself as a result. But I felt tired, my legs were heavy and my stomach wasn't cooperating either.

    Great swim today. Loved being in the water again. Felt great and had decent endurance considering it's been a year since I swam regularly.
