    I got to the noon class a good bit early so I jumped on the treadmill for a bit. By the time I got a mile in, there were a lot of people coming in and I went to grab my bag and get my wraps on.

    So pleased with this race. I walked through a few water stops and had to take a potty break, but I worked hard and am so glad for this pace.

    Lots of stopping. We walked a lap, jogged a lap, sprinted a lap, and then jogged two laps. We stopped and checked our heart rate after each of the walk, jog, and sprint laps.

    Lap lane was reserved people kept jumping in my lane and messing up my rhythm. I was only planning 1000 anyway so I could play with the kids.
