      I've been rebuilding slowly Kieth, 12 1 day followed by 11 the next was child's play a mere 15 weeks ago. unthinkable 4 weeks ago but today, it was an epic accomplishment but at the same time completely within my capabilities.

      I've got 3 scheduled
      Land Between the Lakes Trail Marathon in March
      Sam Costa Half in March
      and my goal race was Carmel in April. I am just running them all as training runs to build off for the fall.

    Getting a little confidence back and venturing a little further from home. This run was a little tougher than planned with the snow. I lost about a minute/mile and felt like I was working pretty hard

    About 5 or 6* warmer than yesterday,which made it 5*, and no wind. Very enjoyable
