Tried running in compression socks to see if it helps the calf issues. The answer is sort of.


I use them when I'm sore. I have two types. The tighter ones are better. I race in them sometimes as well. Do you own a "stick" That always helps me out as well.

Martin, I've been meaning to get a "stick" for quite a while but haven't gotten around to it. It might be time to make getting one a priority.

The stick works pretty well but it is better if you talk someone else into rolling out your calves for you.
