    18 days on a very close to vegan diet. I havent run since saturday. Rain and freezing weather kept me in doors. First day back on the roads and thought I might hurt some. Actually felt really good.

      Never let the weather dictate your training regimen. Go out in the poopy weather. You will come out on the other end feeling more alive.
