    1mi warmup, leg press, leg extensions, back extensions, lat pull downs, crunches and the dreaded dual hip abductions. i'm the only guy i've seen on the hip abduction machines.

    I've ran this route so many times I can do it in the dark. Webb Bridge park is spooky when it's dark after a hard rain.
