    LONG day of training today. Solid efforts in the crazy winds. Almost got taken out by a tumble weed!

  6. Big Day of training. Ride in the am, straight into intervals with Mammoth Crew. Then a swim in June Lake. Solid day. Tomorrow is a little longer, starting with a 5 hr ride.

      You are in fantastic shape!! Keep up that workout. I was doing great after this last marathon, but somehow have become deeee-motivated. Need an uplift again. Started working out at gym last week, and would like to keep it up. Was doing great running up hills until I moved away from that hilly area, and now forced to make myself go. HELP!!

  10. Getting a massage at home, but my kids are taking my session. Kayah my 2yr old loves getting a massage.

      I'm lucky my 6, 4, 2 year olds like -giving- them, and their weights are just right for all 3 to walk on different sections at same time :-). Of course, after their kids triathlon this weekend, they thought I should be giving them one. Fair play I suppose.

  11. After feeling flat in Saturday I took Sunday off and today very easy. Had a good swim tonight to help me get back in the swing. Long run tomorrow.

      OK, I'm a slow runner, so it encourages me to see a pro doing this pace! ;) AND I just started doing some barefoot running, too. I've had chronic pain in my right knee--X-rays, and MRI, and physical exams show nothing wrong. I'm hoping the barefoot running will help. :>}

  13. Feeling good after the Vineman Ironman 70.3 win on Sunday. Yesterday was an easy/off day. Today was a light spin and a run walk.

  14. great weekend of racing. Raced Vineman Ironman 70.3 on Sunday and WON! Today just relaxing. Will go out and ride VERY VERY easy for no more than 45min. May swim easy for 30min.

      congrats! you should come do the kansas 70.3 some time. it's a great course. believe it or not, there are a lot of hills.
