    Windy along the river today. My legs are exhausted and felt heavy for most of this run, but my knee felt great and that's the most important thing. Now time to eat! Happy Easter!

    My body is exhausted from a busy week at work. I could feel how tired my muscles are during yoga. This was an amazing class as always and I'm sure it helped before my 12-miler tomorrow morning.

      This was a great plan to build endurance without aggravating the knee injury. I've done most of the training at a 10 minute pace or slower, and found I could train through some injuries, and even see some improvement while training. I did push the pace on the last two long runs, and it is apparent that the faster pace put much more stress on the body, but took the calculated risk figuring I have all of taper to recover.
