First time jump roping in a while, but I did pretty good. Gonna try to go longer next time. I also worked out my arms and abs with sit-ups and push-ups and whatnot.
Went by really well. I definitely do better when I have something to watch on Hulu (watched Lie To Me). Can't wait to see how much pounds I shred in 2 weeks.

Hit my head by whiplash from a jump I biffed. But other than that, it was great exercise for my legs.

Whew. I ran longer because it was back to Level 17 and I wanted to beat the amount of calories I had when I was on 18 yesterday.

Pretty good, was a bit harder since I bumped the Level up to 18 from 17.. pretty big difference there.
