First run in over a week. No pain at all while running and so far no pain since. I'm just going to take the running day by day for a while.

    Great brick, Chris (or whatever you call a run after a swim)! I'm glad you're back on your feet, but I agree it makes sense to take it day by day and only increase the miles a little at a time.
