Chris, but that was my original point - warriors and yoga? For real? I'm picturing Thor on the front cover, with big muscles and yellow flowing hair, sitting on a bed of flowers with one foot neatly tucked behind his neck. Tad, congrats, you positively nailed that postpositive definition!!

good Back in the saddle 16.56 mi 01:01 16.3mph pace

After 6 days of doing absolutely nothing I thought it was time to get off my lazy ass. I haven't been on my road bike since January, so I took it out for an easy spin at lunch.

I missed this over the weekend while I was playing hooky from DM. This is a fantastic half marathon at the end of a 70.3, especially given the issues you were battling.

Another successful segment, and great job letting your HR decrease before kicking it up into a faster pace. Yay for Captain America! Boo for the lost bottles.

I know you're thankful for the dual-sided breathing work you put in! Kind of sounds scary, but I know you're tough and well-prepared. Congratulations on making such great improvements in this area!

You definitely planned this day right, Chris. I'm just so excited for you! Text me if/when you can with how it went. I'll be cheering from here. At least you don't have any huge, slobbering dogs in the room who will jump on you in the middle of the night! :-)
