      Indeed we survived, though, and the iced Nuun and conversation helped a lot. I'll bet the next long run doesn't hurt quite as much because of this one (and hopefully because it'll be cooler too). :-) Thanks for keeping me company! Great job.

    I have a conference at my child's school this morning, so I made the best of going in late to work and got my swim out of the way. I still hate early morning workouts.

      Nice start to the day even if it was early in the morning. I am not a morning person but oddly I like early morning workouts. When I am able to get my lazy butt out of bed I always like the actual workouts.
