    easy does it... progressed in pace starting at 8:15ish down to 7:30 for mile 3. wanted to stay above race pace today. race in 4 days! ride and swim tomorrow... rest Friday... easy jog Saturday and then that's it!

      thanks! yeah a few are tentative depending on which race I get my qualifying time for Halfmax.. and depending on how well I want to do at Music City (I've lived here all 22 of my years after all.. I feel like I need to represent well)

      Yeah.. hilly for sure. Updated my race schedule to what I'd like it to look like. (just need to qualify in one of my first two races.. otherwise I'll need more 1/2 ironman races in there).
