    Getting easier. I was actually able to sprint the last .2 miles which is a HUGE accomplishment given the fact Monday I was winded walking the initial .2 miles.

    I did my route and most of Leigh Anne's route this AM. Walked the whole way, going for distance rather than speed. My knee will thank me for this.
