      great job! interval training is supposed to be the best for burning calories and increasing metabolism.. let us know if it works

      Great work. This is my go to workout when the treadmill is my only option. The intervals make the time fly by!

  6. I was all set to get back into my workout and running routine. Then I got sicker than sick... so today will be another attempt to get back into that routine!! I will do it!!!

  7. Half marathon today! Actually pretty happy that its going to be 70 and not 30 so the asthma shouldn't be a problem! Goal? Sub 2:30 on this non-paved, high altitude course :)
