Back and bi workout .... pretty much it .. the pool was closed unknown to me at 3 p.m...okay reverse sit ups and reg sit ups and some other crap ... l hate it I am not running... freaking pool tomorrow .. green hair day. The feet aren't ready, I jogged some and it wasn't where I want to begin from so to that end... we are still sidelined ... what's the hurry, 60 is only like 7 months away and I wanted to kick some major ass..... FREAK! okay so that's not swearing right....
