5 X Pull Ups 10,9,8,7,6 at the park. I like the wide grips there so no gloves for me:-) Really was hoping to get it rolling again this week but I still have neuromas on my right foot under med heads 3&4. I am going to wait this out till it's completely healed. Could take several more weeks but I'd rather get it done right the first time. Then we start preparations for a Fall marathon whereby I hope to run under 3:10 or so.

    That's an impressive amount of pull ups, Bruce! If you keep doing them while you can't run, you'll be up to 50 of them in no time! Heal well!
