Swim, interrupted. This time, it was due to vomit. And, according to the woman in the next lane, it was the second pool closing of the morning?!! She seemed frustrated after returning to the pool after the first closing. And rightly so! Hope she got her money back! Lifeguards kicked us out just as my back and shoulders were finally starting to loosen up. Might've been from swimming more breaststroke than usual on Thursday, but there was mild tightness in my right knee and shin that I felt on everything but backstroke.

We need to get you a new pool lady. Need to get you primed for the swim season. Hope some foam rolling takes care of that shin.
