TETHERED SWIM! By the time I got home from my group run and grocery shopping, there was less than half an hour left before my bonehead pool closed. Decided a short recovery swim was better than nothing. Started by kicking to stretch out my ankles and feet, then did some hypoxic breathing before warming down. Easy peasy! Distance is estimated, and based on a 1:30/100 pace.
