Coming Clean :: Day 51a

PILATES, not YOGA! Though M mentioned that she pushed us a lot harder than usual, it only took a few minutes for my body to realize that I hadn't been to one of her classes in eleven weeks. Though shaky, didn't modify open-legged rockers, teasers and one-legged push-ups. Kinda glad I didn't make it to Plyo beforehand, as was barely hanging on for some of the exercises that we did.
