Um, it's a sunny 66F / 19C outside. Why aren't we playing tennis?!! Got my own lane for most of the workout, which was great because of all of the stroke work I was doing. Shoulders and arms were h-e-a-v-y, and you know it's bad when you're on the same interval for fly and breast! Haven't been that out of breath in a while. Phew!
Spent a good while trying to figure out who the swim instructor in the next lane over looked like. A-HA! Anything to keep my mind off the fly!
