It's that time of year when I start running 10+ miles a week and my body starts breaking down from the excessive mileage. No, really. So I went in for a deep-tissue massage + acupuncture session this morning before work. Energy levels are still astoundingly high! But, like with blood donations, they don't recommend heavy exercise for 24 hours. It's a rest day for me, anyway, so all I have left for me to do tonight is... eat and sleep! These are a few of my favorite things ♫
An old friend is in town (well, close enough) for work, so I'll be commuting to/from Baltimore for the majority of the week. Apologies in advance if I'm unable to keep up with everyone's workouts!
