Knew that I eventually had to get back in the water because I didn't warm down after the 500 like I should've. So, instead of going home, eating, napping and then fighting the inevitable lazies, decided to inhale a Clif bar on the car ride back and drove my butt straight to the pool after the meet.
Didn't push anything, although I did feel rushed in the little time I had between each interval to put on / take off my fins / pull buoy.
