      Of course not! ;-) I ask cause I usually try to get time in the water before doing anything else; my legs otherwise tend to feel a bit shot, and I don't get that good of a workout in :-/ But, everyone's different :-)

      @rahmin - i'm the complete opposite! if i try to run after a swim, my shoulders are completely shot. even a day later, my arms feel heavy and i have to drop and shake 'em out every once in a while. i can't imagine getting on a bike in between all that :D

      Uphill is tough .... 11:00 is not bad for a steep uphill. I usually run from 10:30 to 11:00 depeding on uphill. I wish to stay under 9:30 but I have to work on it ... :)
