was super sore from kickboxing yesterday - inner thighs (from roundhouse kicks...ouch) and hamstrings super tight. Almost didn't go out for the run at all but then way overmotivated myself - out and back to Long Beach was definitely too ambitious. Ended up walking about 4 miles back to my house because my legs couldn't go anymore :( Running on concrete didn't help either.
