15 mile plan - miserable FAIL. and on top of that, it was a fairly painful 10 mile run. the last 2 miles or so were a fairly shameful walk/run combo. I don't know what happened - was just tired and hungry, and clearly just not feeling it.
going to shake it off, take the rest of the weekend easy, and try again on monday. the no excuses train ran out of gas tonight.
