    No fever and you don't need a voice to run so away I went! Yak trak were a necessity. Took it easy and enjoyed the big flakes

    Had some trouble with my garmin and mapmymile app so it's a guesstimate. Perfect work off stupid stressful weekend at work run. I was supposed to run long today but going off road was way BETTER!
