      I get funky hip pain every now and then - I do side leg lifts, 3 sets of 10 each at least once a day and it clears up.... FWIW.

      I don't know how much the stick is, but you can get a foam roller for about $20 at a sporting goods store. Or stop by a PT clinic and see if they have one to sell you. I LOVE mine!

      Yay Beth! Let me know how it goes. Today was actually really easy, but I think that's because I had so much sugar in my system from yesterday that my body hasn't gone into withdrawl yet!

      Yes, as of yesterday and today (so far) I am ON IT. How about you? I do weight watchers so I'm not entirely sugar free, but they sure make it hard to eat a lot of sugary stuff. But it involves tracking what i eat. Scary.

      day two no sugar. I got some agave and stevia to try in my coffee, the only thing I really *need* sweetener. So far it hasn't been too bad, I'm kinda waiting for it to hit. Historically when I go off sugar it really hurts at some point.
