holy hell--oven out there this morning! Our people wandered in the dessert for 40 years and if it was like this I'd have lasted 1 day! 31st street at 815 this morning was already packed with the serious grillers/families staking their turf and all I could think was OMG you are going to be out in this for the next 12 hours. If you don't have air I guess this is at least a better alternative. Didn't even try to run with a shirt figuring what's the point. used all the fountains along the path too. My farmers tan is about gone now even with SPF 70. Good training for NC! Legs/hammies/knees all solid.
