    legs were feeling even after Monday's 5 miler. Pace was fast from the get go and I kept it up to the end. Theatre was quiet - the best.

    Legs were a little stiff at the start but I settled in fast. Pushed it to 6.1 for 6 minutes and was fine. Hamstring isn't as sore as in the past few weeks.
