      J'ai peur d'aller sur route toute seule! Je n'ai pas de voiture, donc j'utilise ma bicyclette pour me transporter en ville pendant l'ete. Hier, j'ai fait environ 20km. Mais j'aimera bien faire plus que j'en fais maintenant!! Si les courses sont dehors, faudra mieux m'entrainer la. haha

      Yes, I try to do my long run on Friday as much as possible. I work mornings most weekends, so Friday is like the "Sunday" of my personal calendar. :)
