Tried to fit in a mini circuit but was pressed for time

Bench bar 3 sets of 12 reps
Squat bar 2 sets of 10 reps
Seated press with 15 lbs 10 reps
Lat pull with 15 lbs 10 reps

This was impromptu so not organized and first strength training....in a very long time. Will actually be starting a routine next week thanks to Carrie L!

Did the elliptical for 9 mins (.9 miles) to do some cardio at the end since I planned to swim
