    glorious lunch time run. utilized the locker rooms on campus to go for a run outside during the break. running sure beats studying. really enjoyed this run and have to say I was overdressed! shorts time.

    hello sunshine. did some more little loops in trails in nearby park. felt better today. my knees are welcoming the newton's. just concentrated on form and staying relaxed and most importantly enjoying the run

  6. does anyone run in newton's? how was the adjustment/break in period?

      I would like to know as well. I am looking at buying a pair. I was told to get the Newton Trainers first to get used to the shoe style and running style with them.

      i have the trainers - isaacs. first run in them felt good but it was only 2.5 miles. will just do short runs in them for the first 2 weeks. those are the instructions. they say run barefoot first but thats not happening

      I have to say, there wasn't really much of an adjustment period. I have the all-weather Motus as it's pretty cold outside so I didn't wanna run on the really hole-y ones yet. I've tried several pairs, Brooks, Nike, Saucony's, Adidas and I have to say, I feel so bad for my soon to be neglected shoes. I would never want to wear anything else but my Newton's. Try them. As Daily Miler @Stephanie calls them marshmallows filled with air. Lesser pains on my body as well.
      So yes, adjustment period was a breeze!
