Tried to really push it for a short run. Definitely getting easier! My allergist cleared me to start exercising outside again (but take it slow and easy) so I am excited to get outdoors!

Low 10s is awesome! And I'm sure you're excited about getting outdoors again...
Saw your comment on my post about my pace. I was always a solid 10-minute gal (sometimes squeaking by at like 9:50s if I worked really hard at it). A few weeks ago I started doing interval runs, as I heard it was good both for burning calories and improving pace. I was skeptical (don't tell Kitzzy, lol), but so far it seems to be working!
