  1. RUN
    Treadmill 2.5 mi 00:29 11:33 pace

First time at the gym in a loong time. We moved into a new house and I spent weeks and weeks (and weeks) painting the inside. Hopefully I will get back into the grove this summer...going to nee... read more

  2. VELO
  3. RUN
    Treadmill 3 mi 00:35 11:36 pace

Had some asthma symptoms (chest pain) for a day after my harder run on Monday, so took this very easy.

  4. RUN
    Treadmill 2 mi 00:20 10:11 pace

Tried to really push it for a short run. Definitely getting easier! My allergist cleared me to start exercising outside again (but take it slow and easy) so I am excited to get outdoors!

Low 10s is awesome! And I'm sure you're excited about getting outdoors again...

Saw your comment on my post about my pace. I was always a solid 10-minute gal (sometimes squeaking by at like 9:50s if I worked really hard at it). A few weeks ago I started doing interval runs, as I heard it was good both for burning calories and improving pace. I was skeptical (don't tell Kitzzy, lol), but so far it seems to be working!

  5. RUN
    Treadmill 3 mi 00:32 10:49 pace

Guess what I remembered today? And finally got down in the 10s psyched.

  6. RUN
    Treadmill 3 mi 00:34 11:11 pace

Ok, I am officially an idiot because I left my inhaler at home A-gain! I wonder if I can leave it in my car? It is already in the 80s here so I wasn't sure about leaving it in a hot car.

    • Christine

Hmm. Can you leave a note on your front door or something, to remind you? I agree that leaving it in your car would be nice, but like you, I'm not sure if that's best for the meds...
