    Quick intervals on the TM, then some volleyball with Kenedee. I love how the littles think it's so glamorous to get up early to hit the gym. Not so glamorous when you're 45. LoL

    6 miles in 2 days is equivalent to a marathon in my life these daysn. My hips and IT band ache from 2 days in a row, but it feels good to run.

      I understand. I am on the injured list right now with a hamstring :( To run 3 right now would be heavenly!

    22ish miles to Mac and Back with hubby. Garmin died, but it was a great ride with very little wind.

    A trip to the lake and back. Working a stiff breeze for a bit made it a challenge. Nice ride with the hubby.
