great FINALLY GOOD WORKOUT. 3 X 5K 11.03 mi

i wasn;t even gonna do a real workout...i was sore, tired, been feeling weird. i decided on some tempo work cause its been a while since ive done some, been focusing more on the v02 stuff lately.

layered on icey hot and got moving and felt surprisingly finally better

i ran by myself for the first 5k. i thought about continuing straight through but i noticed some of my laps were evening out and becoming more taxing on the first one then i felt like dealing with. trying to be conservative this week cause last week i felt like i lost myself or something.

i took probably about a 3 minute break, not really sure, didn't really time it, just went off feel, same for the second set.

18:28!-bg is king! we ran hard but it felt fine. i was telling myself on the last lap don't come within a minute of your 5k pr on a legit course, you clown, but alas i did. my 5k PR is weak anyways right?

by the time i got done i felt mostly just marathony, hungry, shakey, nothing some food and immediate chilling out doesn't fix. my favorite running feeling, in fact. i could do without the ability to be nice to people or make sense of objects coming at you (i yelled super loud at a kid and their family and immediately realized how irrational it was to do so thereafter--emotionally charged and confused though)

i guess i will call this a cutdown workout, since i chopped 20 seconds off from set 1-2 and 26 seconds set 2-3. dang

what else? oh, i ran a ton of miles overall today or a ton compared to what i am used to lately so i just crawled a half mile cooldown
