Actual distance was 4.4... It was about the longest four miles I can recall running in a long time... First two and a half was flat or downhill, but even then it was tough to keep the legs rolling.

But it's all good... Team placed 6 overall and we broke 24 hours which is a pretty huge deal!

    @Anne I guess in this case "flat" is a relative term... It was flatter than most... But you are correct... There is precious little true flatness in that part of the country.
