Had to do this workout solo, which is tough... It's easy to throttle back and daydream when you're getting tired... But... 6 x 800 w/400 recoveries... 2.47, 2.43, 2.46, 2.47, 2.48, 2.48. Obviously that 2.43 was a big mistake, and I was paying for it at the end. Otherwise, I'm happy with this one, especially considering it was yet another tough weather day.

( = PS: I have been so down and out with my recent seperation, but I have been running a little, still nothing really fast, but enjoying every easy mile. I hope to get my internet turned back on at home when I get paid this week. If so I will start posting my workouts. For now I never get to the local library that much.
