Three-ish in the brutal heat which I'm not at all used to yet. Hip was 100% but proof will be how it feels tomorrow. Have found some guys to run with at work, hopefully starting next week hip willing. So I'm kissing the pre-dawn nonsense goodbye, at least for now. Sorry Greg S.
