The usual Sunday slow group run. Hip flexor improved, but still not 100%... So the day off yesterday was good, but not good enough... Think I'll park my ass in the bed the next few mornings and maybe try it again Wednesday or Thursday and see where I'm at.
Breaking the streak is, quite frankly, liberating.
