Huh. How about that. I got unfriended and BLOCKED by somebody on DM... How about that... First time I've ever been blocked! Just calling 'em like I see 'em...

Ha! Who would block The Chaz-i-nator?

Wow! They must take their leader board way to seriously! ;o)

Yeh I don't think it had anything to do with the leader board... ;-)

I like that you call 'em like you see 'em. I'd rather block the "fluff".

There. I just added you to offset.

@Becky I am *TOTALLY* a dick. @Cory just don't make unbelievable (and I do mean unbelievable) claims in your workouts and we will have no problems...

I never do. Unless you count when I claim that the reason my Nike+ app isn't showing my sub-4 min miles is cause the radiation from my awesome is throwing it off. Which it totally IS, btw.

Just got back from a 20-mile tempo run @ 5:10/mi pace to read this. I'd type more, but I'm off to a track session of 40x400m @ 60 sec. ea.

Last week I finished two full Marathon's in under-20 minutes.
Combined.
I was really moving.

...But did you have any broken bones? Or a smashed kneecap? Those are hints BTW...

I only run with broken bones. I find it adds to my appeal.

I accepted a couple DM friends that I ended up defriending just because the number of their posts drowned out those of my other DM friends. I wish DM allowed the user to just unsubscribe from a friend's posts like FB does. To tell you the truth I blocked them thinking that I was do just that (which also defriended them). I hope they didn't take offense...
However, I didn't do that to you. I like reading your posts every day, even if they make me feel like a slacker.

I did a pretty substantial "trimming" last year. I had about 500 friends at one point and found it very hard to follow the people I was genuinely interested in. I cut my list down to about 150... Then again down to around 100. It wasn't anything personal, but following triathletes and ultramarathoners (of which I am neither) just cluttered up my feed.

Dude I just realized you already have 870 miles in 2012. you sir, are an animal.

@Cory not really. It's really only because I haven't missed a day in a while. But my training has been pretty uninspired for the past six months or so.

I'd like to know who this is, so I can friend them. Then I'll just post all your posts. Oh, snap, bitch.
