alright Downtown Boston 26 mi 02:00 13.0mph pace
Good, rode into DTB for the criterium. Winchester to Boston and back, lots of traffic, which killed our avg. Weather on the way back was pretty bad, which made me sicker than I already was.

good West Newbury 8 mi 00:35 13.7mph pace
Nice ride with Kimiyo around a small lake in West Newbury. Relaxed pace, rolling hills and great scenery, plus it was awesome to see Kimiyo back on the bike.

good Amesbury Loop 28 mi 01:40 16.8mph pace
Nice ride this morning with Bill Stack - We went from Amesbury to Exeter to Hampton and back to Amesbury. 28 miles, bit of a headwind, some rolling hills, and nearly 17mph average. Wish the averag... read more

alright Bradford to Plaistow 7 mi 00:25 16.8mph pace
Meh, 7 mile ride from my house to a friends house in Plaistow. Pretty hilly and a bit windy but in general I was really disappointed with my speed. Hopefully it at least loosened my legs up for th... read more

50 miles of cycling in NH, split over 3 days. 2500 total feet of climbing, I felt good on the last day where we did a short 6-mile climb with 1000 feet of elevation gain, and a 2-mile 12% grade at ... read more

blah 24.48 mi 01:24 17.5mph pace
24.5 miles, 17.4mph pace. The group I was riding with was averaging 19.1mph, and I hung with them for about 12 miles before dropping right off the back. I just couldn't keep up that speed once we ... read more

RUN
alright 2 mi 00:23 11:30 pace
Considering it's my first run in like 10 months I don't think I did too bad. 11 minutes for the first mile, a 1 minute rest, then ran back. No walking though, so I am proud of that. Just gotta k... read more

blah 30 mi 02:00 15.0mph pace
30 mile ride, 2 hrs, brutal headwind and ridiculous heat. Not the best day but we got through it.

Amesbury to Clambox loop 31 mi 01:42 18.2mph pace
Awesome - 31 mile out and back from Amesbury to ipswich. We averaged 18.2 on the way out, a little slower on the way back due to headwind, but I felt great. Only downside was the pollen in the air.

VELO
Haverhill Loop 5.34 mi 00:20 16.0mph pace
Easy ride (2 minor hills) then a tire blowout ended the whole thing early.

great 24 mi 01:30 16.0mph pace
Awesome 24 mile ride through Bedford; about 10 people were there in the medium speed group, but we had to stop for stragglers a couple times so I figure my average was closer to 18mph. We were doi... read more
