    All u Iowans don't want to hear about the heat I had to run in on Wednesday. It was a body shock and it was a tough run bc I ran right at 12pm and ran out of h2o. However got her done.

    3 miles easy with mid run a 3 min burst of 10 min Zone 5 (90%) and 20 sec recovery. My legs were dog tired, but I pushed through.

    warm up 1.2 miles and then 6 x 1 min hills finished by 1.8 mile cool down-I was tired, but finished the week strong.
